1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeLoad platform ("Platform"), including the website at weload.fun and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WeLoad is a decentralized token launchpad built on the BNB Smart Chain. The Platform enables users to:

• Create and launch treasury-backed tokens
• Trade tokens on bonding curves
• Burn tokens to redeem treasury assets
• View token information and analytics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Wallet Connection

To use certain features of the Platform, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. WeLoad does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds.

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with using the Platform:

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency and token values are highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your investment.
• Smart Contract Risk: While our smart contracts are designed with security in mind, they may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
• Regulatory Risk: The regulatory status of cryptocurrencies and tokens varies by jurisdiction and may change over time.
• Technology Risk: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or other technical issues that could affect the Platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform or smart contracts
• Use the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Create tokens with misleading names, symbols, or descriptions

7. Fees

The Platform charges fees as described in our documentation. These fees are subject to change. You are also responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas) required to execute transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

The WeLoad name, logo, and Platform design are the property of WeLoad. Token creators retain ownership of their token names, symbols, and associated branding, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WELOAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELOAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeLoad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

WeLoad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
